Unlike most offices in Bethesda, we “stand out” in a small 2 story building with free onsite private parking. We combine State of the Art Technologies and old-fashioned customer service to provide high quality dentistry in a relaxed pressure free setting.
Ceramic crowns will be delivered in one appointment using Cerec.

Also, bring a photo ID and insurance information (member ID, mailing address to submit insurance claims) to your appointment. If you have any questions, please call the office.
Dr. Herman was born and raised in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area and received his undergraduate and dental degrees at the University of Maryland. After completing a general practice residency at York Hospital in York, PA, he opened Bethesda Dental Care in 1991, where he has practiced honest, ethical and top-quality family dentistry ever since. In addition, Dr. Herman spends much of his free time attending continuing education courses to stay abreast of the latest dentistry technology and techniques, bringing that expertise to patients every day. In fact, Washington Consumers' Checkbook magazine recently named Dr. Herman as a "top-rated dentist!" Dr. Herman is married and the father of two daughters. He's active in sports and outdoor recreation.
It's our belief that we building a foundation of trust by treating our patients as special individuals makes for the best results. We know that not everybody enjoys coming to the dentist and so we strive to make each visit pleasant. Children (and adults) enjoy watching Netflix, Hulu or cable TV on overhead ceiling mounted televisions; a great distraction from the dental care.
